SCI started-up in 2002 as a project management services provider to major NYS government technology initiatives.  We soon realized the failure of these project to deliver their promised improvements in government service had nothing to do with technology.  

In 2005, we successfully launched our BPR and OCM practices while continuing to expanding our technology portfolio.   In 2009, we started-up our human capital practice. And in 2011, we winded down our staff augmentation practice in NYS.  

Since 2002, we have inventoried internal assets and best practices across many disciplines (HR, organizational development and technology) to guarantee success for our clients.
