Who We Are:


For the last 17 years, Sanghi Consulting has been operationalizing solutions for NYS’s public sector.
We directly contract with NYS Agencies as trusted advisors on high-profile projects. As Albany’s
premier Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) management consulting firm, we also subcontract with
prestigious international consulting firms to support larger NYS initiatives. With office at 111
Washington Ave., we are a local and boutique operation.

We are not a staff augmentation operation and are invested in both the success of our clients and our
consultants.

We currently have 14 consultants and I am personally involved with the work, growth and success of
everyone on our team.

What We Do:


We have two (2) major practice areas: IT Management and Planning and Healthcare Actuarial Consulting. Some recent examples of projects we have delivered include:
• Systems Modernization Advisory to NYS WCB
• NYS Paid Family Leave Actuarial Data Project Management
• NYS Medicaid Actuarial Consulting
• Systems Design and Implementation Advisory to NYS DFS in regulation of individual and small group
health insurance
• NYS Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Advisory

Who I am looking for:

What is my process for hiring?


We don’t post jobs. We establish relationships so when opportunities arise, we can capitalize on them.

Establishing an informal pre-opportunity relationship while you are at your current job benefits both you and I. Let’s get to know one another first. If we have a new opportunity that arises, we can leverage our pre-existing relationship. If there is a change in your personal/professional situation where a new opportunity makes sense, we can leverage our pre-existing relationship.

We also hold happy-hours and open houses once a month as a way for you to meet our team and learn about the career growth opportunities we offer. This allows you to talk directly with the team members closest to the practice area where your experience might best fit.
